Day social care and integrated assistance at the person's home
In January 2023, the European Social Fund Agency and the Juodšiliai Eldership Community Social Services Centre concluded a partnership agreement for the implementation of project No. 07-003-P-0001 „Provision and Development of Integrated Care in Lithuanian Municipalities“.
The aim of the project is to create conditions for a person to live fully at home and in the community for as long as possible, to ensure the proper organisation and provision of social care and nursing services, to strengthen the person’s abilities and independence, and to maintain social ties with family and community.
Persons participating in the integrated care project will receive comprehensive day social care and nursing services at home.
Integrated care services will be provided to children with disabilities and severe disabilities, adults with disabilities, and elderly persons in their homes.
Project implementation period: from 2023-01-01 to 2026-12-31

Juodšilių seniūnijos bendruomenės socialinių paslaugų centre įsteigtas dienos socialinės globos asmens namuose struktūrinis padalinys.
Dienos socialinė globa asmens namuose – tai asmeniui teikiama kompleksinė, nuolatinės specialistų priežiūros reikalaujanti pagalba dienos metu.
Dėl dienos socialinės globos asmens namuose paslaugų gali kreiptis:
Asmenys, kuriems teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka nustatytas dienos socialinės globos asmens namuose poreikis: vaikai su negalia ar sunkia negalia, suaugę asmenys su negalia ar sunkia negalia, senyvo amžiaus asmenys, senatvės pensijos amžių sukakę asmenys su sunkia negalia.
Citizens of the Republic of Lithuania and foreigners (including stateless persons) holding a permit to reside permanently or temporarily in the Republic of Lithuania who have declared their place of residence in the Vilnius district are entitled to receive day social care at home.
Vilniaus rajone dienos socialinę globą asmens namuose organizuoja ir koordinuoja Juodšiliai Eldership Community Social Services Centre. Dienos socialinės globos asmens namuose paslaugas planuoja ir administruoja Vilniaus rajono savivaldybė.
