Information has been published on the website of the Agency for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour (hereinafter – the Agency) that persons whose level of working capacity was established for the term „until retirement“, or who had a level of special needs established, may apply to the Agency to have their former disability equated to a level of participation (a doctor’s referral is not required).
