The task of the Centre is to meet the social, psychological and cultural needs of the community, to provide assistance to individual residents, and to encourage and restore their ability to function in society.

Cultural and sports events are organised at the Centre, attended by the permitted number of centre visitors. Occasional and personal celebrations are observed.

Centre yra suburtos 2 grupės: neįgaliųjų asmenų užimtumo grupė ir senjorai.  Teikiant socialines paslaugas neįgaliesiems yra įvertinamas kiekvieno asmens negalios ir sąmoningumo lygis, todėl grupės neišskiriamos pagal paslaugos rūšį, priešingai, stengiamasi grupes sudaryti taip, kad jose būtų ir dienos socialinės globos, ir socialinės priežiūros paslaugas gaunantys klientai, taip skatinamas jų tarpusavio bendravimas, savitarpio supratimas, pagalba silpnesniam;

Activity specialists, social workers, social worker assistants, and a chaplain work with the clients who visit the Centre. This team of specialists helps solve problems related to physical and mental disabilities and various social difficulties, encourages the person’s social activity and self-expression, reduces social exclusion, and organises leisure activities and health maintenance and promotion activities, aiming to develop social, everyday living, educational, personal hygiene, work, and sports skills.
